XWiki 12.5 Released

Among other things, this release introduces the ability to mention a user, either inside the content of a page, object or comment, resulting in a notification being sent to that particular user. The in-place editing feature, additionally to the existing WYSIWYG mode, now also supports editing pages in source mode. Finally, it is now possible to toggle to "in context" modifications when using the "rendered diff" viewer to display the changes between 2 versions of a page. On the performances side, a new asynchronous event store (maily used for notifications) has been created, but is still not enabled by default. Also, renaming a page is now an "atomic" operation, meaning that some bugs we had while trying to rename a page which had a huge history are now fixed.

Some new tools has been added for the developers, and as usual, many bugs have been fixed during this month. ...
