How to import a XAR larger than 100MB??

If you get an error, such as:
Cannot import large xar. Error "java.util.zip.ZipException: error in opening zip file"
Then you should use one of the following solutions:
- Turn on filesystem attachment storage
- Use the Large XAR import extension
