Can i make a LAN (without contact to the WWW) wiki. I want to use wiki as a costumer/services database. is XWiki (or is wiki at all suitable for this?):

I suggest you check out How to set up a virtual wiki. One of the things you need to be careful of is "security" and make sure your "local" wiki is not accessible to anybody.
