How to remove "Edit Application", "Delete All Entries" and "Delete Application" from an App created with App Within Minutes?

The buttons "Edit Application" is displayed only if the current user has the EDIT right on the application's code.
On recent applications, the app's code is located under the page Code nested under the App's home page. For example, if your applications is located in the page MyApp, the code is located under MyApp.Code.
All you need is to configure the right of this page (including children) (see: RightsManagement) to remove the edit right to regular users. You cannot do it for administrators.
The "Delete All Entries" and "Delete Application" buttons are displayed only of you have the ADMIN right on the application location, of if you are the application's author.
