Description
After evaluating several alternatives, Amazon chose XWiki for its modern documentation tools, extensibility, and ability to scale to millions of pages. The XWiki SAS team provided architecture consulting, hands-on training, and operations support, enabling Amazon to customize the platform and integrate it with AWS (EC2, S3, RDS). Amazon also sponsored enhancements such as hierarchical pages, scripting permissions, and CKEditor integration. This collaboration empowered Amazon to maintain a flexible, secure, and developer-friendly wiki that promotes efficient knowledge sharing across its global teams.
