Usage
We use XWiki as a knowledge and file-sharing platform, including an intranet where we share a myriad of topics utilizing XWiki's strong dynamic platform.
- Separate but linked sections on Products and software, including manuals, default configuration files, and update methods.
- This also includes guidelines and examples of default commonplace software such as Office 365.
- Explaining and 'update logging' of official forms we use for various tasks (and the forms themselves).
- Information on the many portals we use
- i.e., customer portals, service portals, supplier portals, data portals, etc.
- News platform for updates, specified per subject.
- ERP manuals and processes.
- Term database.
- Company details, such as default color schemes and layouts for presentations and other branding decisions.
