Update macro links and image references in case of page refactoring

A refactoring limitation has been removed that was preventing the links and image references to be updated in macros (e.g. in info or box macros) whenever the target page was moved or renamed. Starting with this release all the macros using inline editing will be automatically supported to have their links and image references updated in case of page refactoring.
