On 7 Apr 2012 we had the pleasure to hold a training about XWiki's Development Process to about 30 students, most of them from "Gheorghe Asachi" Technical University of Iasi, Romania.

XWiki Enterprise 4.0 Milestone 2 Released

The XWiki development team is proud to announce the availability of XWiki Enterprise 4.0 Milestone 2.  This version mainly introduces various ways of customizing users directory and profiles and it also bring all comments features to annotation (answer, threaded annotation, etc.) by merging the two concepts in one comment with optional precise location.

XWiki Enterprise 4.0 Milestone 1 Released

The XWiki development team is proud to announce the availability of XWiki Enterprise 4.0 Milestone 1. XWiki Enterprise 4.0 Milestone 1 starts a new major release cycle. This release brings reduced document database id collision and quite a few improvements and bug fixes.

XWiki Enterprise and XWiki Enterprise Manager 3.5 Released

The XWiki development team is proud to announce the availability of XWiki Enterprise 3.5. This is a stabilization release that brings many improvements to the Extension Manager, a new macro for displaying documents in a live table and quite a few bug fixes. XWiki Enterprise 3.5 is the last major release of the 3.x development cycle (there will still be bugfix releases on the 3.5.x branch, if needed). The next major release is going to be 4.0.

XWiki Enterprise and XWiki Enterprise Manager 3.5 Milestone 1 Released

The XWiki development team is proud to announce the availability of XWiki Enterprise 3.5 Milestone 1. This release brings many improvements to the Extension Manager, a new macro for displaying documents in a live table and quite a few bug fixes. This is the only milestone of the 3.5 release, which is the last release of the 3.x cycle. The next planned release is 3.5 final.

XWiki Enterprise and XWiki Enterprise Manager 3.4 Released

The XWiki development team is proud to announce the availability of XWiki Enterprise 3.4. XWiki Enterprise 3.4 is a stabilization release as we're approaching the end of the 3.x cycle so its main goal was to improve the Extension Manager and App Within Minutes features. However, this release also comes with a new look and a new default wiki page syntax. Other things to check are the new delete space menu, the space templates, the minimized action menu, the new display macro and the fact that non-ASCII characters are preserverd in attachment file names.

XWiki Enterprise and XWiki Enterprise Manager 3.2.1 Released

The XWiki development team is proud to announce the availability of XWiki Enterprise 3.2.1. The first and probably last bugfix for the 3.2 series. One important change is the way relative references in an included document are resolved, reverting back to the pre-3.0 behavior. Other areas with several bugfixes are support for Oracle databases, the rending engine, the WYSIWYG editor, and the Activity Stream.
