Yesterday we had our Bug Fixing Day #77.
We've managed to close only 5 bugs (4 real fixes). We are now at -74 bugs behind the 1 year period, thus we are currently loosing (we were at -62 last week!). And on the past 1600 days, we are at -7 (we used to win to not long ago). This means we have to intensify our efforts somehow... We also need to increase our level of automated tests (especially functional ones) since I believe that's one of the reason we have a hard time coping up.
Next week: same place, same time, more activity!
