Yesterday we had our Bug Fixing Day #89.
We've managed to close 8 bugs (6 real fixes). We are still at -36 bugs behind the 1 year period.
The numbers look encouraging, even if they might be influenced by the shifting 1 year time window and thus omitting older bugs. Let's keep it up 
Next week: same place, same time, same activity.
