The Change Request Application 1.10 has been released today.
This release contains mainly bug fixes, including an important security fix, so it's advised to upgrade to it as soon as possible. It also includes an improvment to honor the autowatch feature of users once a change is published: the page are automatically to the watches based on autowatch settings of the authors.
