Prism.js Macro v1.0, 1.0.1, 1.1 and 1.2 Released

The Prism.js 1.0, 1.0.1, 1.1 and 1.2 have been released.

This is a new macro doing syntax highlighting in Javascript, and based on Prism.js. It can be used to replace the Code Macro, which is less performant.
