The XWiki development team is pleased to announce the release of XWiki Enterprise 2.3 Release Candidate 1.
Changes from XWiki Enterprise 2.3 Milestone 2:
- Annotations can now be activated by default from the wiki administration
- Email addresses can now be modified from the user profile
- Upgrade to Pygments 1.3.1
- Upgrade to Groovy 1.7.2
