Change Request 19.1 and 1.9.2 Released

I'm happy to announce the releases of Change Request 1.9.1 and 1.9.2: those releases contains important bug fixes, including security fix, for Change Request and it's advised to upgrade as soon as possible. Among other things it fixes issues when using UTF-8 characters in Change requests titles and descriptions. It also fixes a bug with conflict resolutions. Note that starting with Change Request 1.9.2 you need to use XWiki 14.10.12 or newer versions.
